This book of 100 genuine surgical case histories should be an invaluable aid to study for the trainee surgeon and for revision for the clinical examination of the FRCS. Each history is followed by questions and detailed discussion of the case. The level of difficulty increases through the book to give the reader a sense of progression. However, it is not simply a revision aid for candidates preparing for the FRCS examinations.
