The Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ)T system is a low-cost, reliable way to screen infants and young children for developmental delays during the crucial first 5 years of life. Parents complete the simple, illustrated 30-item questionnaires at designated intervals, assessing children in their natural environments to ensure valid results.
