Baby bright is a marvellous new video, specially developed with music, movement, colour and sound to stimulate your infant, making them an active participant rather than a passive viewer. Normal television is bad for small children as the images move too quickly and the sounds are too loud. This programme, however, has been built specifically to attract and retain a small child's attention. The scientific method called "violation of expectation", which has been used in infant research for the last 10 years, is used with great success here. It means babies learn by repetition, so first of all they see lots of repeated sequences, eventually moving their eyes to the anticipated events on the screen. Suddenly it all changes!
