"CCEA GCSE Mathematics Higher 1 and Higher 2" build on KS3 work and prepare students for the CCEA GCSE specifications at the Higher tier. The style of presentation is precise but friendly, and in the main intended for whole class teaching. Expository material usually takes the form of guided discovery, which is then supported and consolidated by worked examples and numerous exercises. Each chapter has a comprehensive summary followed by further exercises at three levels of difficulty.
