Ted Willis has been writing for television, films, and the theatre for over 50 years. The book details his plays and adaptations including "Woman in a Dressing Gown" and "Doctor in the House". Perhaps best known for his television work, in 1953 he created "Dixon of Dock Green" which was then serialized as a TV programme.
