This cookbook offers a collection of 250 recipes from the kitchens of the Good Housekeeping Institute. The recipes have been adapted for cooking in NEFF's circotherm fan ovens and they cover every entertaining occasion - from informal lunches for two to celebration dinners - and include recipes for every course, with chapters on soups and starters, fish and shellfish, meat dishes, light lunches, vegetables and salads, desserts and baking.
