Instructional Models for Physical Education Book

This text introduces Models-Based Instruction for physical education. It presents effective teaching models such as Cooperative Learning, Personalized Systems of Instruction (PSI), and Direct Instruction clearly and articulately. It also covers models that have been specifically developed for teaching PE, such as Sport Education and Tactical Games. This book brings together in one text a number of teaching models that have appeared in isolated books and journals.
