The Yoga 2 Hear Prenatal Yoga class CD provides top quality, safe and effective Hatha yoga instruction that is suitable for use during the entire pregnancy. The 45 minute class has been created to enhance relaxation, encourage a healthy sleep pattern, help control mood swings, prevent or ease joint swelling and nausea, enable the mother to bond with her developing baby and to strengthen and lengthen the muscles used during labour and birth. If used regularly during the pregnancy the class will also help the body to recover after giving birth and will reduce the risk of suffering from postnatal depression. The class is devised and narrated by Sue Fuller, the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine, a mother of two and the author of the British School Yoga's Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course. She has studied and taught yoga around the world for over 15 years and has combined her vast teaching knowledge with her own experiences during pregnancy to ensure that this class is totally safe and suitable for women with and without previous yoga experience. The easy to follow instruction is complemented by relaxing background music and the accompanying guide book highlights the instructions and provides a series of reference photos for each yoga posture.
