Radioactive Transformations Book

Radioactive Transformations contains the subject matter of the eleven lectures Ernest Rutherford (1871-1937) delivered under the Silliman Foundation at Yale University in March, 1905. These lectures detailed the results of his experiments on the spontaneous degradation of radioactive substances. Following his first book, Radio-Activity, Radioactive Transformations was yet another seminal work on radioactive materials by this brilliant, energetic scientist who laid the foundations for modern nuclear chemistry and physics.
