When a strange twirling sickness grips the kingdom of Nedakh, bakers make no bread, farmers grow no rice and goats go unmilked. Its Emperor decides he needs help - time to call for International Adventurers, Samantha Cardigan and Rabbit to untangle the mystery. Once they arrive, the pair soon realise that something quiet queer is going on. Why does Doctor Inchbutt keep snatching hair from peoples' heads and who is the sinister hooded man with the blind donkey at the Lime Tree Inn?
