Talking ACT Book

Talking ACT contains a selection of e-mails to the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Listserv between July 2002 and August 2005, compiled and edited by David Chantry, a clinical psychologist and ACT Listserv member in Staffordshire, U.K. The book comprises questions, answers, and commentaries by more than 140 ACT Listserv members. This volume started life as a personal archive supporting the editor s clinical practice.
