The Magic Bullet Book

The Magic Bullet is an action oriented book focused on implementation. Implementation happens through daily application. The book has a 21 day action plan that the reader must commit to for 21 consecutive days. The first part of the book will focus on ten important attitudes and an MDA (method of daily application) for the user. The back half of the book focuses on the most important skill and that is people skills. The thrust of the book is the synergistic relationship between attitudes and skills. In addition the author argues that there has been an over emphasis on drilling for relevant skills and little emphasis on developing a positive learning attitude. Chronology and priority are important issues here. Implementation is more easily achieved as friction is reduced.
