From contemporary Irish writers, a collection of six plays—all of which have won the BBC Stewart Parker Trust Award for best new play by an emerging Irish writer and have enjoyed productions in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and further afield.
Edited with an introduction by John Fairleigh, the volume includes: Take Me Away by Gerald Murphy, Trad by Mark Doherty, Eden by writer and actor Eugene O’Brien, Tillsonburg by Malachy McKenna, The Good Father by Christian O’Reilly, and Hurricane by Richard Dormer, an actor based in Belfast.
