Finding a good vegetarian restaurant in London can be quite a nightmare for a visitor who does not have friends to recommend one. And Paul Gaynor and Alex Bourke, the authors of Vegetarian London, are the perfect people to get recommendations from. Paul is the UK office manager for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and Alex is director of the Vegan Society.
